Chronic Pain Management Group

Acknowledging that your chronic pain is real and that you need help is the first step towards getting your life back.  Learning how to manage chronic pain is a formidable task at the best of times.  Within a group setting, the burden is eased as you realize that you are not alone, and help is available. Using  proven and effective strategies developed by a leading pain management researcher, the counsellors at Viewpoint Counselling Psychology offer a 8-week course which provides more than 16 hours of group counselling.  You will learn strategies for improving your overall well-being, including a more positive outlook, increased ability to participate in activities, and a greater sense of control in your life.
